Why I HATE Bank of America

My god awful Bank of America fight from JANUARY continues. I paid my credit card bill in full before the Berkshire merger took place then got billed $3.30 for interest. I disputed it as I was told if I paid my bill in full they’d waive it BUT it became $4.30 in Feb. Called and complained again on March 4th when a $29 late fee was added on. Girl was awesome and said they’d fix it. Call tonight as online it says it wasn’t fixed but on phone account listing it was. They say tonight it wasn’t fixed and since it is over 30 days it went to the credit bureau and was reported. I FLIPPED OUT! I’ll have a lawyer on this next. Made a payment to “bring the account up to date” and they said they’ll put in a request in to fix the late fee and fix my credit score. I now have to wait until April 13th to see if this is fixed. I have my serious doubts.
